Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum requirements:
- Vocational training or ongoing/ completed higher-level training cycle. Training related to the health field is valuable.
- Native/high level of Spanish and Catalan is essential. English and other languages are valuable.
- Experience in customer service, highly valuable to have previously worked in a call center and/or healthcare sector.
- Office software skills (Office package).
- Organized person, with good communication skills and decision-making.

The role

Teladoc Health International is the world's leading brand in virtual healthcare. Our services cover the entire spectrum of medical care needs, from simple to complex. We connect our users with primary care, mental health, and specialist care.

The person who joins us will primarily offer quality customer service to manage their needs according to the standards set by Teladoc Health International.

Main duties:
· Handle the needs of insured individuals over the phone.
· Identify the needs of insured individuals.
· Collect data over the phone and record it in the MEC file.
· Provide alternatives in case of coverage denial.
· Offer medical assessment in case of service complaint.
· Refer administrative issues to Customer Service.
· Follow and stay updated on internal management protocols, particular characteristics agreed with companies, and policies to comply with the ethics of Teladoc Health International.

What we offer:
- Temporary contract with the possibility of continuity.
- 35-hour workweek, with a schedule of 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM, distributed as follows:
