Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering or similar, or alternatively, a Higher Degree (CFGS) related to the aforementioned knowledge.
High level of Catalan, Spanish, and English is essential; French is desirable.
Training in project management.
Knowledge of industrial or B2B marketing and product management.
Project methodology and experience dealing with collaborators.
Knowledge and regular use of artificial intelligence assistants to improve productivity, work quality, and professional efficiency.

Customer-oriented and results-oriented person, with the ability to coordinate between areas, good communication skills, autonomy, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and adaptability in multicultural environments.

*A driver's license and availability for sporadic travel are essential.

Nice to have

A dual technical-commercial profile or a Business Administration (ADE) degree with a technical background is valued.
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) is desirable.

The role

At Girbau we are looking for a Product Manager to join the Commercial area at our offices in Vic.

What you'll do

Lead solution projects with clients, from requirements gathering to implementation, coordinating between the client and internal teams.
Manage OEM relationships and technological partners, coordinating technical development, quality, and the commercial aspect.
Provide technical-commercial support to the sales network, subsidiaries, and distributors regarding projects and solution inquiries.
Develop value propositions and solution specifications for projects and target markets.
Support "go-to-market" at a project level: sales tools, specific training, and launches.
Monitor project KPIs, margins, and customer satisfaction.
Train commercial teams, subsidiaries, and distributors on assigned solutions and products.
