Product Manager

At a technical level 💻 it is indispensable that you have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product, ideally in SaaS environments.

• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, etc.

• Solid analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to convey context, align priorities, and facilitate agreements between teams.

• Ability to understand complex problems, propose solutions, and balance user needs with business impact.

• Ability to prioritize taking into account value, urgency, and resources.

• Ability to empathize and understand the interests of different stakeholders.

• Previous experience in B2B products or similar.

• Knowledge of UX, service design, or Lean UX.
