• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or a related Higher Degree.
• And/or Engineering with an MBA supplement, which is valued.
• Knowledge and experience as a Salesforce user.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. In the industrial/commercial machinery sector. Knowledge of the hotel channel and experience in managing technical service/after-sales is valued.
• Knowledge and regular use of artificial intelligence assistants to improve productivity, work quality, and professional efficiency.
• Availability to travel and a driver's license.
