• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with service, quality, and safety objectives.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize team tasks, distributing workloads according to operational needs.
• Manage available human and material resources, optimizing their use to ensure operational efficiency.
• Control factory and warehouse stocks, ensuring inventory accuracy and material availability.
• Perform and supervise periodic inventories, especially in automated warehouse environments.
• Manage external warehouses and branches, ensuring correct tracking of stocks and material needs.
• Coordinate procurement activities, guaranteeing the supply of materials required for operations.
• Manage the consignment warehouse, performing counts, resolving incidents, and maintaining the operational relationship with suppliers.
