The role

What you'll do

•Reception, analysis, and management of sales, credit, charge, or return operations, through the SAP System.
•Control of stock availability with production.
•Supervision and management of the order delivery plan to customers.
•Reception and management of customer incidents and claims.
•Management of the sales archive for billing requests to administration.
•Execution of administrative and bureaucratic tasks linked to transport (Management of documentary procedures with maritime transport companies, land transport, customs, and other official entities)
•Documentary and archive management of invoices, delivery notes, and other documents linked to sales, credit, charge, return, incident, or claim operations. Ensure the correct traceability of the information provided in supplier documents
•Preparation of activity reports and up-to-date maintenance of data in the SAP system.
•Report any accident, near miss, security, industrial hygiene, or environmental incident as soon as it occurs and participate in the investigation teams for them when required.
•Action according to the PAU in case of emergency.
