Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

What will you do in your day-to-day?
●Customer service: advising our members and visitors, resolving doubts and incidents, and guaranteeing exceptional service.
●Sales: informing about our services and helping people find the best option for their needs.
●Center management and operations: collaborating with the rest of the team so that everything runs perfectly.
●Possibility of multi-skilling in different areas of the center depending on experience and training, and according to the needs of the center.

Essential:
●Official technical qualification (TSAF/TSEAS, TAFAD), professional certificates, or equivalent approved qualifications.
●Minimum experience as a sales representative or similar position, sales and/or customer service for at least 1 year.
●Availability on weekends

Valued:
●Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYDE).
●Initiative, motivation, and a desire to keep growing.
