As a member of the Customer Experience team, you will be the point of reference in the center and your mission will include:
●Customer service: advising our members and visitors, resolving doubts and incidents, and guaranteeing exceptional service.
●Sales: providing information about our services and helping people find the best option for their needs.
●Center management and operations: collaborating with the rest of the team so that everything runs perfectly.

Requirements:
●Essential: Related Higher Degree (TSAF or TSEAS, Commercial Activities...)
●Highly valued: Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, specific training in instructor-led activities, Swimming Instructor...
●Experience in the sector and interest in professional development.
