As a Customer Onboarding Specialist 👨💻👩💻 it is indispensable that you have:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, and account management.

• Knowledge of CRM tools.

• Great ability to solve problems in the most efficient way while maintaining the best customer satisfaction.

• Passion for people and for work well done.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strategic planning, an analytical mindset, and client portfolio management.

• Ability to build trust with the client.

And additionally, you will shine ✨ if:

• You have experience in a SaaS and/or tech company

• You have worked as a Customer Onboarding Specialist

• You have experience and/or knowledge of human resources area processes

• You speak other languages (English, Portuguese, Italian...)

• Create and maintain the relationship with assigned clients. This includes implementation, training on the configuration of the contracted service, resolving doubts, and training to get the most out of the platform.

• Establish a trusted Customer Onboarding - Client relationship to help drive the value of our services and products.

• Maintain and develop customer success strategies and practices.

• Communicate effectively, internally and externally, to understand client needs and thereby maximize client retention and growth.

• Maintain established customer success metrics and data.

• Maintain a positive balance between customer satisfaction and the efficiency of customer success practices, adapting them to their expectations.
