At GOfit Peñagrande, we are looking to hire a versatile trainer with a focus on Swimming sessions, Group Classes, and Fitness Room monitoring. We are looking for a dynamic and approachable person who enjoys sports, and who knows how to create safe, motivating experiences adapted to every level. If you like teaching, connecting, and working with people of all ages, this opportunity could be for you.
What will you do in your day-to-day?
●Swimming instructor for children and also for adults, adapted to different levels and needs.
●Lead group classes; the focus is on Bike, Core, and Cross, though we also value profiles interested in developing in different areas of the center.
●Fitness Trainer, responsible for the experience in the fitness room, ensuring a warm welcome for our members, guiding them in the correct execution of exercises, and performing active monitoring of their progress.
Essential technical requirements:
●Official qualification enabling work in Swimming and the Fitness Room (TSAF/TSEAS, TAFAD, professional certificates, or equivalent recognized qualifications).
●Experience teaching swimming courses for different ages and levels.
●Previous experience leading group classes with musical support and in the Fitness Room.
Highly valued:
●Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD) to be able to expand the package with personal training sessions.
●Versatility in other areas of the center.
