At GOfit Valladolid, we are looking to hire someone who combines customer orientation with a vocation for training to become part of our Customer Experience team and contribute to the development of our personal training services; additionally, depending on versatility, you may work in other areas of the center such as group classes or the fitness room.

What will your mission be?
During part of your working day, you will be part of the Customer Experience team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your activity as a Personal Trainer, attracting and retaining clients to offer and deliver personal training sessions.

Main functions:
Customer Experience
●Assistance and welcoming of members.
●Management of inquiries and incidents.
●Support in reception and face-to-face service tasks.
●Advising on the center's services and activities.
●Contribution to an excellent experience for our customers.

Personal Training, Fitness Room, and Group Classes
●Attraction and development of a personal training client portfolio. Design and monitoring of individualized training programs.
●Fitness Room: accompanying and guiding people in their training, ensuring they enjoy it and progress safely.
●You will be responsible for the scheduled sessions of different group class disciplines, ensuring quality experiences for our users.
