Multidisciplinary Trainer

At GOfit Montecarmelo, we are looking to hire two Fitness Staff members, people with a passion for physical activity and well-being, ready to inspire and motivate those around us. If you enjoy helping people develop healthy habits, this is your opportunity.

What competencies are we looking for in these profiles?

Profile 1: 25 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday mornings.
●Group Exercise Instructor, especially Strength, Bike, and AQUA. You will be responsible for the scheduled sessions of different disciplines, ensuring quality experiences for our users.
●Fitness Trainer, responsible for the experience in the Fitness Room, ensuring a warm welcome for our members, guiding them in the correct execution of exercises, and performing active monitoring of their progress.
●Swimming: Teaching swimming courses, especially with little ones, depending on your experience and training.

Profile 2: 15 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday afternoons and Saturday and Sunday mornings.

●AQUA Group Exercise Instructor. You will be responsible for the scheduled sessions of different disciplines, ensuring quality experiences for our users.

Requirements (essential):
●Official degree (TSAF / TSEAS / TAFAD or equivalent recognized qualification).
●Previous experience leading group sessions with musical support.
●Experience teaching swimming classes to children of all ages.
●Positive attitude, commitment, and good availability.

Highly valued:
●Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD).
●Versatility in other group activities.
●Good communication skills and the ability to motivate groups.
●Interest in continuing to grow and develop within the center.
