GOfit Las Palmas is looking for a person who combines customer service with the Fitness area, (TFAD, TSEAS, TSAF, CAFYD) to be part of our Customer Experience team. If you enjoy working with people, are passionate about the sports sector, and are motivated to be part of a dynamic and committed team, we want to meet you! We are looking for a person with previous experience in customer service and reception, ideally in sports centers or the fitness sector.

We offer a 20-hour weekly schedule, with rotating shifts and weekends. You will be part of a leading company in the fitness sector, with opportunities for professional development and a motivated team working to transform lives through physical activity and sport.

What will your functions be?
●In-person and telephone customer service, providing clear and detailed information about the center's services and products.
●Sales tasks, focused on acquiring new members, retaining potential cancellations, and building loyalty among current users.
●Administrative tasks related to the customer experience and other internal processes.
●Possibility of being multi-skilled in the technical area if you hold the relevant qualification.

What are we looking for in you?
●Previous experience in customer service and reception, ideally in sports centers or the fitness sector.
●Social skills and a commercial orientation.
●Passion for sport and well-being.
●Availability to work afternoons and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Essential:
●Minimum experience as a sales representative or in a similar position.
●At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service.
●Minimum technical qualification (TFAD, TSEAS, TSAF, CAFYD)
●Immediate availability and availability on weekends.

Valuable:
●Experience in the sports, tourism, retail, or customer service sectors.
●Advanced use of MS Office.
●Specialized course in sales, customer service, or marketing.
●Experience with CRM programs.
