What we're looking for

To ensure the proper onboarding, training, and development of newly hired personnel and the plant workforce, ensuring the acquisition of technical, operational, and safety competencies in a regulated environment. You will act as a reference figure ("training mentor") in coordination with supervisors and production areas, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and GMP compliance on a daily basis.

This is a dual role with presence both on the plant floor and in the office environment, key to connecting operational reality with established training plans.

What you'll do

  • You will be the first point of contact for training for newly hired personnel.
  • You will ensure the proper execution of the onboarding and training plan (both theoretical and practical on the plant floor).
  • You will keep the training profile and traceability of personnel training up to date.
