The role
What you'll do
Increase purchases indirectly, providing customers with all the information related to the products offered, through a unique experience with no sales commitment. Be an expert and promoter of technical leadership. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product presentation, generating passion for the brand and the product in question.
Communicating in a graphic and detailed manner all the product features and other technical specifications.
Analyzing customer needs during the contact established with them.
Supporting the team during sales negotiations.
Becoming the main point of contact for customers to resolve questions about product features, technical specifications, etc.
Managing and planning the vehicle test drive process.
Becoming a product expert, maintaining a high level of knowledge about the vehicles and their updates.
Preparing and maintaining the showroom, in accordance with the requirements established by the brand and the dealership manager.
Welcoming customers when they enter the dealership, thus being their first point of contact.
Proactively approaching customers, providing the necessary amount of information about all services.
Identifying improvements that help bring efficiency to processes.
Maintaining the fleet of test drive vehicles.
How you'll work
We make it easy for you to develop your professional career while enjoying time with your family, your training, or your free time.
Schedule: 40 hours/week. Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Alternate Saturdays
22 working days of annual leave.

YOUR PROFILE
Minimum education: Intermediate Vocational Training in Commerce (CFGM Comercio)
Proficiency in new technologies
Driving license
Passion for the automotive sector
Intermediate English, French valued
Customer service experience
In-depth knowledge of the brand's vehicles
Knowledge of the automotive market
New technologies
Advanced office software skills
Knowledge of persuasion techniques
