We are looking for a rigorous, organized person with a continuous improvement vision, who will be in charge of ensuring that all the group's processes comply with brand standards and regulations. The position will have direct responsibility over the centers in Tarragona and Tortosa, as well as the oversight, support, and monitoring of the sub-network. What you'll do
Reporting to management, you will be responsible for:
Managing and supervising the Quality area of the direct centers in Tarragona and Tortosa, while also ensuring the oversight, support, and monitoring of the sub-network.
Implementing, maintaining, and improving the group's Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and, where applicable, ISO 14001).
Ensuring compliance with the quality standards required by the brands in the sales and after-sales areas, and preparing for and accompanying manufacturer audits.
Planning and conducting internal audits in the various dealerships, detecting deviations, and monitoring action plans.
Analyzing customer satisfaction indicators (brand surveys, NPS, CSI) and proposing improvement measures together with the managers of each area.
Managing customer claims and complaints: registration, root cause analysis, response, and follow-up until they are closed.
Drafting, updating, and disseminating procedures, work instructions, and system documentation.
Training and raising awareness among teams regarding quality culture, internal procedures, and customer orientation.
Preparing periodic quality KPI reports for Management.
