What we're looking for
·Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a position of responsibility in aftersales (workshop manager, service manager, or similar) in the automotive sector.
·Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills, with an orientation toward results and the customer.
·Technical knowledge of mechanics and bodywork, and of appraisal processes (Audatex, GT Motive, or similar).
·Experience in using DMS or workshop management systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
·A driver's license is essential.

·Training in Higher Level Vocational Training (CFGS) in Automotive; complementary training in business management or administration will be positively valued.

The position will be responsible for managing the direct centers in Tarragona and Tortosa, as well as the supervision, support, and monitoring of the sub-network, ensuring homogeneous operations and compliance with the standards, procedures, and requirements established by the brand. What you'll do
Reporting to the Aftersales Director, you will be in charge of:
Managing and supervising the aftersales activity of the direct centers in Tarragona and Tortosa, while also ensuring the supervision, support, and monitoring of the sub-network.
Directing, organizing, and motivating the mechanics, bodywork, and paint workshop team, as well as the service advisors.
Planning the workshop workload to ensure compliance with deadlines, productivity, and resource efficiency.
Achieving the economic objectives of the area: billing, hours sold, productivity, profitability, and the sale of spare parts and accessories.
Ensuring compliance with the standards, procedures, and requirements established by the brand, both in the direct centers and in the sub-network.
Guaranteeing the quality of repairs and compliance with the brand's technical standards and procedures.
Managing warranties and campaigns with the manufacturer and ensuring they are processed correctly.
Coordinating the relationship with insurance companies and loss adjusters regarding bodywork repairs.
Ensuring customer satisfaction in aftersales, handling incidents and complaints, and strengthening loyalty.
Ensuring compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations, waste management, and the environment in the workshop, including the correct use of PPE.
Detecting the technical training needs of the team, especially regarding electric and hybrid vehicles and new technologies.
