Requirements

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience developing on Magento 2 in production.
Experience with Hyvä Themes on production projects.
Mastery of the Magento ecosystem: modules, plugins, observers, DI, EAV, indexers, cache.
Multi-store / multi-website / multi-country experience: per-scope configuration, localized catalog, languages, currencies, and European tax regulations.
Performance optimization for production storefronts: cache (Varnish, Redis), search engine (Elasticsearch / OpenSearch), Core Web Vitals, backend response times.
API integrations (REST and GraphQL) with ERP (Navision / Business Central) and PIM (Akeneo).
English proficiency at a B2 level
Formal education related to the position: Higher Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, etc.

Development and technical maintenance of the company's 21 online stores.
Creation of value propositions for the business based on identified technical opportunities.
