The role

What you'll do

What will your main functions be?

Support in the planning and execution of exports.
Direct relationship with international clients and internal/external sales representatives.
Document management (invoices, certificates, packing lists, etc.).
Preparation of quotes and special prices under supervision.
Coordination with internal departments (accounting, production, quality).
Management of virtual and fixed warehouses and coordination with the warehouse.
Order and shipment tracking.
Resolution of logistical or commercial incidents.
Support in the negotiation of transport rates and the search for new logistics providers.
Participation in periodic follow-up meetings with logistics providers.
Collaboration in the organization and improvement of the export team's processes.
Attendance at trade fairs or strategic trips when required.
