The role

Job description

There are people who dedicate their lives to caring for others. Physiotherapists, aestheticians, doctors, barbers, tattoo artists, caregivers. Professionals who need reliable tools to do their jobs well. Quirumed exists for them.

Since 2002, from Valencia, we have built the leading e-commerce platform for professional health and wellness equipment: more than 800,000 registered customers in over 70 countries trust us to equip their practices, clinics, and businesses.

We are not just a store. We are the ally behind those who care. And to keep growing, we are looking for people who share that purpose.

We are currently looking for a Technical Service and Operational Quality Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) and managing operational quality incidents, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, proper documentation traceability of interventions, and cost optimization, through a hybrid service model (in-house SAT and external manufacturer network).

Main responsibilities

1. Coordination of internal and external SAT (manufacturers and suppliers), establishing intervention criteria and supervising technical actions.

2. Management of technical and quality incidents, overseeing the management, prioritization, and resolution of product incidents, including those arising from online sales channels and marketplaces, ensuring compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and determining the appropriate escalation to the manufacturer when applicable.

3. Maintenance and technical support, defining and overseeing preventive maintenance plans when necessary, and managing the circuit of spare parts and associated technical needs.

4. Regulatory compliance and quality system, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, especially for medical devices, ensuring proper documentation management of technical interventions and collaborating on audits, CAPAs, and maintenance of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or others).

5. Control, traceability, and continuous improvement, ensuring complete recording of incidents and interventions in corporate systems, analyzing recurrences and trends to identify improvement opportunities, and proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions in coordination with the quality department.

6. Relationship with suppliers and manufacturers, managing the technical relationship with both, and overseeing and optimizing service agreements and costs associated with the external SAT.

7. Team coordination of quality administrative staff in incident management, establishing priorities, procedures, and action criteria.

Professional experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in:

    • Technical service or equipment maintenance

    • Technical incident management

    • Coordination of technical services, suppliers, or operational equipment

Technical knowledge

  • Diagnosis of basic faults

  • Interpretation of technical documentation and manuals

  • Spare parts management

  • Incident registration and management systems

  • Knowledge of quality systems

  • English level B2-C1

We will especially value:
Judgment skills to determine the appropriate intervention (internal or external) based on technical complexity and economic impact.

Professional competencies

  • Organization and planning

  • Results and efficiency orientation

  • Analytical skills

  • Rigor and attention to detail

  • Problem solving

  • Communication and cross-departmental coordination
