Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our software team!

We are developing a document management software focused on automating all the processes and documentation required for the development of complex industrial and energy projects.

💻 What you will do

• Design and develop new backend features using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.x.

• Create robust and secure REST APIs, using Spring Security (OAuth2, JWT).

• Manage PostgreSQL databases and apply migrations with Flyway or Liquibase.

• Write unit tests (JUnit, Mockito) and apply best practices (SOLID, modular architecture).

• Make technical decisions that shape the direction of the backend and the system architecture.

• Experience with complex workflows, ERP integration, or S3/MinIO storage.

• Knowledge of hexagonal architecture and auditable/traceable systems.

• JVM performance optimization.

• 6+ years of experience in backend development.

Estamos desarrollando un software de gestión documental enfocado en la automatización de todos los procesos y documentaciones necesarias para el desarrollo proyectos industriales y energéticos complejos.

💻 Qué harás

• Diseñar y desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades del backend con Java 17/21 y Spring Boot 3.x.

• Crear APIs REST robustas y seguras, con Spring Security (OAuth2, JWT).

• Gestionar bases de datos PostgreSQL y aplicar migraciones con Flyway o Liquibase.

• Escribir tests unitarios (JUnit, Mockito) y aplicar buenas prácticas (SOLID, arquitectura modular).

• Tomar decisiones técnicas que marquen la dirección del backend y la arquitectura del sistema.

• Experiencia en workflows complejos, integración con ERP o almacenamiento S3/MinIO.

• Conocimiento de arquitectura hexagonal y sistemas auditables/trazables.

• Optimización de rendimiento JVM.
