Once you have registered on our Job Portal, we will confirm that you meet the prerequisites and we will contact you to get to know each other and resolve all your doubts.

After passing the selection process, we will plan your incorporation by setting a date and destination where you will begin your professional development at the Entity.

During the contract, you will have the tutoring and help of the entire team, deepening your knowledge of the main financial products and services and developing competencies in teamwork, commercial vision, communication, and customer service and orientation.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to access the most in-demand professional certifications in the sector: the Banking Insurance Operator Diploma, MiFID Financial Advisor training, and the LCCI program—certifications that will professionally qualify you to market all types of financial products.

Accessing a professional practice acquisition contract will allow you to develop with a first employment contract, lasting between six months and one year, on a schedule from 08:00 to 15:00h (+ Thursday afternoon from 16:00 to 19:00h during winter hours) and with remuneration of more than €20,000 gross per year.

Within the extensive network of offices of Caja Rural de Aragón, you may opt for positions located in the provinces of Zaragoza, Huesca, La Rioja or Catalonia.

Before the contract ends, we will hold an interview to jointly assess your development and, if you wish, propose possibilities of extending your continuity in the entity by accessing the career paths for Universal Commercial Manager, Personal Banking Manager, or Business Manager.
