Requirements
What we're looking for
- Clinical experience in the field of elderly care, preferably in geriatrics, gerontology, or socio-sanitary care.
- Knowledge of comprehensive geriatric assessment, nursing care, frailty, dependency, chronic diseases, and the promotion of healthy aging.
Nice to have
- University teaching and research experience will be valued.
- Specialization in Geriatric Nursing.
- Accreditation for university teaching positions by ANECA or the corresponding regional agency.
- Research experience and scientific publications related to aging and geriatric care.
Education & certifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- A PhD in Health Sciences or related fields will be valued.
The role
CEU Fernando III University is initiating a selection process to recruit a university lecturer to teach the subject Aging Nursing, within the Nursing Degree, during the 2027-2028 academic year.
How you'll work
- Part-time employment.
- Teaching load: 9.5 ECTS during the second semester.
- Start date: 2027-2028 academic year.
- Workplace: Faculty of Health Sciences, Universidad CEU Fernando III.
