Requirements

What we're looking for

University teaching and/or professional experience in the field of psychological intervention.
Specialized knowledge in clinical intervention, child and adolescent psychology, intervention in emergency and disaster situations, as well as in the ethical and deontological aspects of the professional practice of Psychology.
Ability to teach some of the following subjects: Emotional Intelligence and the Deontological Code in Psychological Intervention. Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology and Health. Psychology in Emergencies and Disasters.

Nice to have

We value participation in research projects and the publication of scientific papers related to these areas.
Accreditation for university teaching positions by ANECA or the corresponding regional agency.
Professional experience in the field of Clinical and Health Psychology, especially with children and adolescents.
Experience in psychological intervention in crisis, emergency, and disaster situations.
Research experience and scientific publications related to the specialization areas of the track.

Education & certifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
Doctorate in Psychology or in related fields connected with psychological intervention.

The role

Universidad CEU Fernando III is launching a selection process to recruit a university lecturer specialized in Psychological Intervention to teach on the Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, within the Psychological Intervention track, during the 2027-2028 academic year.

Competencies and skills

Ability to convey knowledge in a clear, rigorous and didactic manner.
Orientation toward the practical application of the content and toward the connection between the academic field and the various professional contexts of psychological intervention.
Ability to address situations and practical cases from a scientific, ethical, and professional perspective.
Strong communication, planning, and teamwork skills.
Interest in teaching innovation and the continuous improvement of teaching-learning processes.
