Requirements

What we're looking for

- Academic training and ongoing professional development related to administrative, commercial, international relations, and/or tourism positions.

- English and/or French: Advanced level (C1 or higher). Proficiency in both languages is valued. Native speakers must certify C1 level in Spanish.
- Work experience in customer service, international projects, quality, commercial and administrative management, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficiency in office management software, as well as in virtual management platforms and social media.
- Skills with a strong customer service orientation and service quality, teamwork, problem-solving ability, flexibility and initiative, good communication skills, and commitment.
