What we're looking for
We are looking for a responsible and committed person.
The person must be very meticulous with procedures and organized.
High level of English is essential (French is also positively valued).
Intermediate level in Microsoft Office suite programs.
Strong communication and management skills. Clear customer orientation.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant.
- High level of English (having French would also be a plus).
- Intermediate level of Excel, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
- Residency in the Corredor del Henares area and own vehicle are essential.

What you'll do
- Management, monitoring, and control of different operations
- Stock and procurement control, as well as control of orders, incoming and outgoing goods.
- Calculation of forecasts and resolution of incidents.
- Customer service and contact with suppliers.
- Control of transport documentation, delivery notes, invoicing, and reports.
