Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Vocational Training (FP) in International Trade or similar.
Experience: 1-2 years in logistics departments, working with freight forwarders.
Advanced Excel, pivot tables... etc.
English level: C1 essential (all telephone communication will be in English).

Nice to have

Valuable to come from the industrial sector and have worked in EPC project environments

The role

We are looking for an International Logistics Administrator with C1 English 🌍

Are you passionate about the world of logistics and international projects? Do you handle English with ease and are you motivated by coordinating shipments? Then this could be your opportunity!

What you'll do

You will coordinate the transport of equipment and materials from the point of origin to their final destination on-site.
You will contact sea, air, and land freight forwarders directly to organize complex shipments and special loads.
You will be the link between the technical team and international logistics, ensuring that everything arrives on time and in proper order.
