From the Faculty of Medicine, we are looking for part-time teachers in the Department of Dentistry to provide theoretical and practical teaching for the 2nd semester.

Pediatric Dentistry II

Professional and teaching experience

Experience is required in the practice of the specific professional activity related to the position, as a specialist of recognized competence.
Teaching experience and teaching accreditations will be valued.
Scientific publications in the area related to the subject to be taught will be valued, as well as participation in research groups, seminars and/or conferences.

Competencies and skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to generate impact and motivate students.
Pedagogical skills (use of a wide range of didactic and digital media, application of different teaching methodologies).
High emotional intelligence: self-motivation, empathy, and influence.

Requirements

Education & certifications

Degree or License in Dentistry.
PhD degree is highly valued.

We will need two teachers to cover the following schedules:

Spanish: Wednesdays from 14:30 to 16:30 (theory) and from 17:30 to 20:30 (practicals)
English: Tuesdays from 18:30 to 20:30 (theory) and from 14:30 to 17:30 (practicals)

Languages

High level of English (C1). In one of the shifts, the subject will be taught in English.

The role

Se requiere experiencia en el ejercicio de la actividad profesional específica relacionada con el puesto, como especialista de reconocida competencia.

Se valorarán las publicaciones científicas en el área relacionada con la materia que se impartirá, así como la participación en grupos de investigación, seminarios y/o congresos.

Capacidad para generar impacto y motivar a los alumnos.
Habilidades pedagógicas (uso de una amplia gama de medios didácticos y digitales, aplicación de diferentes metodologías de enseñanza).

Graduado/Licenciado en odontología.
Valorable Título de Doctorado.

Necesitaremos a dos docentes para cubrir los horarios:

Castellano: Miércoles de 14:30 a 16:30 (teoría) y de 17:30 a 20:30 (prácticas)
Inglés: Martes de 18:30 a 20:30 (teoría) y de 14:30 a 17:30 (prácticas)

Languages

Nivel alto de inglés (C1). En uno de los turnos la asignatura se impartirá en inglés.
