What you will do at Ucademy

What we are looking for in you

The "Must-Haves" (basic requirements) > To get on board, we need you to have the "check" in the official and qualification part:

📜 Pedagogical qualification in order: We need you to have the MUFP, the CAP, or to be a Graduate in Teacher Training/Pedagogy (with a degree prior to September 2009).

🎓 Matching qualification: Your training must be the one required for the FP area you will be teaching.

⚡ Ucademy Culture Attitude: We are looking for someone with energy, a desire to innovate, and who shares our vision of transforming education. A good vibe is fundamental!

🧑🏫 Teaching experience (minimum 2 years): That you already know what it's like to be in front of a group and master the art of teaching.

💻 Online format expert (minimum 1 year): That the virtual environment is your natural habitat. We are looking for someone who knows how to energize a screen.

💼 Professional trajectory (minimum 3 years): We want you to bring the real world into the classroom, with practical experience in the sector.

🧬 Biosciences & Lab: Biology, Biochemistry, or Food Science and Technology.

🩺 Medicine and Health: Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, or Podiatry.

💊 Pharmacy: Licentiate or Degree in Pharmacy.

🏥 Care and Rehab: Nursing or Physiotherapy.

🔬 New trends: Degree in Biomedical Sciences.

If your thing is ADMINISTRATION, we are looking for graduates, licentiates, or diploma holders in:

📊 Management and Direction: ADE (Business Administration and Management), Business Sciences, Commercial Management, or Public Management and Administration.

📉 Economics and Finance: Economics, Actuarial and Financial Sciences, or Finance and Accounting.

⚖️ Legal and Social: Law, Labor Sciences, Labor Relations and Human Resources, or Political and Administrative Sciences.

📣 Marketing and Sales: Marketing and Market Research, Advertising and Public Relations, or Commerce.

💻 Tech & Data: Computer Engineering (Systems or Management), Business Computer Management, or Library and Information Science.

If your profile is versatile and you are passionate about teaching those competencies that every professional needs in the TRANSVERSAL modules, we are looking for graduates, licentiates, or diploma holders in:

🤝 Social & People: Psychology, Sociology, Social Education, or Social Work.

⚖️ Legal & Labor: Law, Labor Sciences, or Labor Relations and Human Resources.

📈 Business & Economy: ADE, Economics, Business Sciences, Public Management and Administration, or Accounting and Finance.

⚙️ Strategy and Organization: Industrial Organization Engineering, Actuarial and Financial Sciences, or Political and Administrative Sciences.

🛒 Commerce: Degree or Licentiate in Commerce.

If you are focused on TECHNOLOGY and code and systems are your thing, we are looking for profiles with a Degree, Licentiate, or Engineering in:

💾 Software & Data: Computer Science (Management or Systems), Business Computer Management, Multimedia Engineering, or Statistics.

📶 Telecommunications: Telecommunications Engineering (and specialty in Telematics) or Telecommunications Systems Engineering.
