Requirements

What we're looking for

Advanced Excel: Fluent mastery of the program for data management and analysis (macros not required).
Intermediate English (B1-B2): Fluency in reading and writing technical emails.
Technical Profile: Ease in interpreting data, units of measurement, and materials. Ideal if you have Vocational Training (FP) in Mechanics, technical fields, or Engineering knowledge.
Skills: Analytical, organized, detail-oriented person who is quick with figures.
Mobility: Own vehicle essential to access the workplace.
Knowledge of technical material properties.

Nice to have

Desirable (extra points!): Previous experience or knowledge of SAP.

The role

At Grupo Crit we are looking for a Data Assistant for an important company located in Getafe who is eager to contribute their talent to the Purchasing area. If you are good with numbers, master Excel, and are looking for a stable environment with good working hours, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

You will be a key piece in the organization, support, and updating of the department's technical information. You will work with databases and the migration of key information to their SAP system.

Data management: Transfer, updating, and validation of technical information from databases to SAP.
Technical control: Data handling, measurement checking, and unit conversions (density, mass, volume, meters, etc.).
International management: Interpretation of technical documentation in English and management of emails with international suppliers or entities. Administrative support: Ongoing assistance to the Purchasing Manager.

How you'll work

Working day and hours with work-life balance: Monday to Thursday: Flexible entry from 08:00 to 09:30 and exit from 17:15. Intensive Friday! Exit from 14:00 to enjoy the weekend.
