The role

We are looking for a Regional Technical Sales Representative to lead expansion and business development in Catalonia within the industrial refrigeration and air conditioning sector. Your mission will be to open the market from scratch, prospecting L and XL sized accounts within the industrial fabric, and positioning efficient and sustainable solutions.

You will join by assuming a markedly "Hunter" role in an initial phase, to progressively consolidate a client portfolio to which you will offer tailor-made solutions, working coordinately with the Projects and After-sales teams.

What you'll do

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in key industrial sectors.
Carry out the entire technical sales cycle: from prospecting and plant visits, to the presentation of industrial cooling solutions, negotiation, and closing agreements.
Collaborate closely with the technical, projects, and service departments to ensure the quality of installations.
Maintain constant post-sales follow-up to guarantee loyalty and the resolution of possible incidents.
Monitor activity, report forecasts, and manage market information through the corporate CRM.
