The role

From Grupo CRIT, we are selecting a Junior Industrial Electromechanic for direct hiring by an important, consolidated, and growing industrial company.

We are looking for a person with technical training related to industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or electricity, who wants to develop their professional career within a stable maintenance department with growth opportunities.

The selected person will join a team formed by professionals with extensive experience, working alongside maintenance first-class skilled tradespeople and actively participating in the maintenance, supervision, and improvement of industrial equipment and facilities.

What you'll do

Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for industrial machinery and facilities.
Support in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance interventions.
Supervision of the correct functioning of production equipment.
Participation in the adjustment and fine-tuning of machinery.
Replacement of defective components and parts.
Assembly, disassembly, and support in the reconstruction of industrial equipment.
Detection of incidents and communication of technical anomalies.
Collaboration in the continuous improvement of processes and machinery.
Verification of the cleanliness and conservation status of equipment and facilities.
Compliance with the safety, quality, and environmental procedures established by the company.
