· Mandatory languages (fluency): German (primary language). Intermediate-to-advanced Spanish and English skills are a plus.
· Basic computer (PC) skills.
· Good communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of group dynamics and/or team development principles, theories, and practices.
· Basic knowledge of business development: results-oriented mindset and initiative.

- Availability for shift work: 24/7 operations (40 hours/week – 5 days a week). Rotating shifts: 07:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00 / 23:00–07:00, including legally mandated breaks.
- German proficiency at C1–C2 level.
- Availability to work 24/7 shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days a week). Rotating schedules: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. / 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., with legally mandated breaks.
- German C1-C2.

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Level 1 technical support agents (Helpdesk) to work at a new, rapidly expanding flagship center located in Las Palmas, Spain.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
· Interact with customers via phone, email, and web, providing technical support and problem-solving capabilities.
· Identify, assess, and prioritize customer issues and complaints.
· Analyze customer issues and formulate resolution plans.
· Help identify gaps in incident resolution and draft knowledge base articles accordingly.
· Evaluate new services, processes, and technologies implemented within the support service.
· Participate in departmental training activities, including programs on new technologies, procedures, and customer service improvements.
· Collaborate with department staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values.
· Escalate unresolved issues to support supervisors or the designated service group (client-side).
How you'll work
