What you'll do
Maximize the availability and dispatchability of the fleet in real time from the MCC environment, leading advanced diagnostics (troubleshooting) of complex failures and the mitigation of recurring faults. Act as the key technical liaison with manufacturers (OEM) and production to resolve incidents quickly, ensuring that aircraft continue to fly under the highest standards of safety and reliability.
- Monitor the fleet's alert systems to anticipate operational incidents and eliminate recurring faults.
- Manage direct technical communication with manufacturers (OEM) to resolve complex incidents.
- Guide advanced troubleshooting and provide real-time technical support to line maintenance to avoid delays and AOG situations.
- Assist in the interpretation of the MEL/CDL and technical documentation (AMM, TSM, etc.) to ensure quick and safe dispatch.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel and the CAMO to ensure the control of airworthiness.
- Analyze and review technical records by ATA and SubATA codes, grouping repetitive annotations for the continuous improvement of the fleet's reliability.
- Propose continuous improvement actions based on the daily technical and operational experience of the MCC.
