IT Support Technician

Mission

Maximize the availability and dispatchability of the fleet in real time from the MCC environment, leading advanced troubleshooting of complex faults and mitigating repetitive failures. Act as the key technical liaison with manufacturers (OEMs) and production to resolve issues quickly, ensuring aircraft keep flying under the highest safety and reliability standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet alert systems to anticipate operational issues and eliminate repetitive failures.
• Manage direct technical communication with manufacturers (OEMs) to resolve complex issues.
• Guide advanced troubleshooting and provide real-time technical support to line maintenance to avoid delays and AOG situations.
• Assist in interpreting the MEL/CDL and technical documentation (AMM, TSM, etc.) to ensure fast and safe dispatch.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel and the CAMO to ensure airworthiness control.
• Analyze and review technical records by ATA and SubATA codes, grouping repetitive annotations to continuously improve fleet reliability.
• Propose continuous improvement actions based on the daily technical and operational experience of the MCC.

Misión

Maximizar la disponibilidad y despachabilidad de la flota en tiempo real desde el entorno del MCC, liderando el diagnóstico avanzado (Troubleshooting) de averías complejas y la mitigación de fallos repetitivos. Actuar como el enlace técnico clave con los fabricantes (OEM) y producción para resolver incidencias con agilidad, garantizando que las aeronaves sigan volando bajo los más altos estándares de seguridad y fiabilidad.

Funciones

• Monitorizar los sistemas de alerta de la flota para anticipar incidencias operativas y eliminar fallos repetitivos.
• Gestionar la comunicación técnica directa con fabricantes (OEM) para resolver incidencias complejas.
• Guiar troubleshootings avanzados y dar soporte técnico en tiempo real a mantenimiento en línea para evitar retrasos y situaciones AOG.
• Asistir en la interpretación de la MEL/CDL y documentación técnica (AMM, TSM, etc.) para garantizar un despacho rápido y seguro.
• Coordinar con personal de mantenimiento y las CAMO para garantizar el control de la aeronavegabilidad.
• Analizar y revisar los registros técnicos por códigos ATA y SubATA, agrupando anotaciones repetitivas para la mejora constante de la fiabilidad de la flota.
• Proponer acciones de mejora continua basadas en la experiencia técnica y operativa diaria del MCC.
