What you'll get

Initial contract via ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) + transition to the company's permanent staff following performance assessment.
35-hour work week from Monday to Sunday.
Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts
Salary: 12.60€ per hour. Approximately 1,750€ Gross/Month
Initial training on the job.

The role

At Grupo Crit we are selecting Bakers (Kneaders) for a Factory located in Getafe.

What you'll do

Select, weigh, and prepare raw materials (flour, water, yeast, salt, and other ingredients).
Control mixing, fermentation, resting, and dough maturation times.
Operate dough mixers, mixers, and other specific bakery machinery.
Divide, ball, and prepare doughs for subsequent processing.
Supervise the quality of the doughs throughout the entire production process.
Detect and correct possible incidents during production (texture, fermentation, temperature, humidity, etc.).

How you'll work

The factory closes from 15:00 on Saturday to 20:00 on Sunday; therefore, no one works during that time slot.

Start times: 7:00 | 10:00 | 14:00 | 17:00 | 00:00 | 03:00

Due to the working hours, it is essential to have your own vehicle

Work area: Polígono San Marcos, Getafe
