The role
From Crit Sabadell, we are selecting for an important client of ours dedicated to the electronics and energy efficiency sector. Located in Viladecavalls. A Team Leader to lead a dynamic team and ensure an efficient production process.
What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the production team.
- Ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
- Plan and organize production according to market demands.
- Implement continuous improvements in the production process.
- Supervise the proper use of material and human resources.
- Train and motivate the work team to achieve the established objectives.
How you'll work
- Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon and night (rotation every 15 days). Shifts from 06.00 to 14.00, from 14.00 to 22.00 and from 22.00 to 06.00
