In our Substation Engineering division, we get involved in a wide variety of pioneering projects, working with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are looking for an Electrical Quality Engineer to expand one of our teams in Barcelona.

• Defining, developing, and implementing the project Quality Plan from the initial phase.
• Leading the quality strategy throughout all project phases.
• Supervising and ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and technical specifications.
• Managing and leading corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality standards.
• Conducting internal audits and monitoring quality KPIs.
• Ensuring proper documentation and traceability of all quality processes.

• Education: Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in quality engineering roles, preferably with a focus on electrical installations and systems within the industry (petrochemical, chemical, energy, pharmaceutical, etc.).
• Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of electrical power systems, instrumentation, control, and automation. Deep understanding of applicable quality standards and regulations (ISO 9001, European directives, sector-specific regulations).
• Quality Methodologies: Experience in applying quality management tools and methodologies (Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, SPC, etc.).
• Languages: Advanced technical English level (reading technical documentation, writing reports).
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactivity, communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
