At Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Quality Control Technician to join a multinational company specializing in the manufacture of mechanical parts and structures, located in Algete.

We are looking for a technical, organized profile with the ability to work autonomously in the quality controls of the production process, ensuring that materials, components, and finished products comply with technical specifications, drawings, regulations, and customer requirements.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?

  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products.
  • Perform dimensional controls and verifications in accordance with drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications.
  • Use metrology and measurement equipment and instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, levels, and other control equipment.
  • Verify the status and correct calibration of measurement equipment.
  • Manage and monitor the calibration schedule.
  • Record inspection results using forms, checklists, and quality documentation.
  • Detect, identify, classify, and document non-conforming material, performing the corresponding follow-up.
  • Check that previous beveling, welding, painting, and assembly processes comply with the established requirements.
  • Monitor materials during the production process, guaranteeing their identification and traceability.
  • Verify shipments, ensuring compliance with documentary and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate in the continuous improvement of production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and environmental requirements.

How you'll work

  • Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, one week morning shift and one week afternoon shift.
  • Morning shift: Monday to Thursday from 05:40 to 14:00 h and Friday from 05:55 to 13:00 h.
  • Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday from 14:00 to 22:20 h and Friday from 13:00 to 20:00 h.
  • During the initial training period: Monday to Thursday from 07:50 to 17:10 h and Friday from 07:25 to 14:30 h.
  • On-site work.
  • Location: Algete.
