Order preparation planning: management of the order team to perform the technical review and configuration of cardio and strength machines before delivery or installation. Responsible for ensuring that each sales order reaches the customer complete, reviewed, configured, and on the committed date.
• Order planning
• Convert the order portfolio into a weekly and daily preparation plan, prioritizing by delivery and installation date.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and the installation and after-sales service (SAT) team.
• Monitor the availability of machines, accessories, and spare parts, and anticipate stockouts.
• Commit to realistic delivery deadlines and communicate them. Technical review and configuration. Management of the order team to perform the following tasks:
• Configure cardio equipment: consoles, firmware, language, units, connectivity, and calibrations.
• Review strength equipment: cables, pulleys, weight stacks, adjustments, hardware, and upholstery.
• Perform functional and safety tests using checklists by model.
• Document the traceability of each machine: serial number, applied configuration, and incidents.
• Lead the preparation technicians team: organization and training.
• Standardize procedures by product family.
• Manage non-conformities and internal claims.
• Reduce preparation times, errors, and rework.
