The role

From the Hi Talent division of Grupo Crit, we are selecting several Maintenance Technicians to join the maintenance area of a pharmaceutical multinational located in Azuqueca de Henares.

We are looking for professionals with maintenance experience to join different areas of the plant: Production, General Services, and Water Treatment Plant, contributing to the correct functioning of the equipment and facilities and guaranteeing their maximum availability.

What you'll do

The main mission of the position will be to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks on the plant's equipment and facilities, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on industrial equipment and facilities.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
Carry out adjustments and fine-tuning of machinery and facilities to guarantee their correct operation.
Collaborate with the different departments of the plant to minimize downtime and optimize the performance of the facilities.

How you'll work

Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday: mornings 06:00 to 14:00, afternoons 14:00 to 22:00, and nights 22:00 to 06:00
