Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM) or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or related disciplines. Equivalent technical experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Demonstrable experience in industrial environments, preferably with agri-food machinery or continuous packaging lines.
Hard Skills / Tools: Industrial electricity, mechanics, hydraulics/pneumatics, and fault diagnosis. Own vehicle is essential.
Soft Skills: High analytical capacity, proactivity, and a clear orientation toward teamwork and collaboration.

What you'll get

Indefinite contract from day one with a gross annual salary band between €22,000 and €28,000 (€28,000 and above for CFGS), open to negotiation based on the technical value provided.
Real relocation facilities with shared housing at a subsidized price (approx. €250/month).

The role

Direct integration into the internal maintenance team of a large food company, currently composed of more than 500 professionals, within a massive agri-food industrial complex located in Guissona.

You will work without intermediaries on production machinery and equipment, assuming responsibility for guaranteeing the technical reliability and operational continuity of facilities in constant evolution.

What you'll do

Rigorously execute the preventive maintenance program on facilities and machinery (motors, gearboxes, conveyor belts, bearings).
Diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical faults, minimizing downtime on the production line.
Supervise and ensure the integrity of electrical panels, automation components, sensors, and wiring.
Propose and actively participate in productive improvement actions, complying with the highest standards of quality, agri-food hygiene, and OSH.

How you'll work

Stability in a fixed shift (Morning, Afternoon, or Night).
