What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with MQ Series.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
Experience in microservices architectures.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
Maven and Helm.
REST API development.
Git.
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Experience in enterprise systems integration.
English B2 or higher.

Nice to have

Knowledge of JavaScript.
Experience with jQuery.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience performing small frontend modifications.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to develop enterprise backend solutions based on microservices and event-driven architectures.

A technological challenge with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Kubernetes, where you will be able to work with enterprise integration systems and high-impact technologies.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain backend applications with Java and Spring Boot.
Design and maintain microservices-based architectures.
Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.
Work with MQ Series for messaging management.
Develop and maintain REST APIs.
Manage PostgreSQL databases.
Work with containerized applications deployed in Kubernetes.
Manage dependencies and builds with Maven.
Manage deployments using Helm.
Apply CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Perform integrations between enterprise systems.
Manage code using Git.
Occasionally implement small improvements in frontend components.

How you'll work

Contract: Permanent.
Modality: 100% remote from Spain.
Work location: Spain.
Schedule: 9:00 to 18:00.
Summer schedule: 8:00 to 15:00.
On-call: Yes.
Salary: Based on work experience.
Start date: Immediate.
