Your mission will be to design, develop, and optimize Java backend applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability, ensuring maximum code quality and the technical consistency of the product.

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Build and integrate REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring optimal performance.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, and the definition of quality standards.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, architecture, and the team's technical culture.
