Requirements
What we're looking for
High School Diploma, Basic Studies (EGB - ESO), Vocational Training Higher/Intermediate Degree
Residency in Agüimes and/or surrounding areas.
Nice to have
Valuable complementary training in the commercial and sales area.
Food handler certificate.
Basic training in occupational risk prevention and safety.
Knowledge regarding data protection.
The role
The primary objective of the person holding this position is to correctly serve customers through Customer Service Etiquette/active selling techniques to ensure the achievement of objectives, in line with business principles. To use effectively the cash procedures, both for cash and credit cards, and the computer equipment provided for this purpose, in addition to a correct implementation of operational excellence and a high level of awareness regarding safety, health, and the environment.
- Customer Service, identifying their needs and advising them
- Promotion of the advantages of the loyalty card
- Active selling of products, services, and promotions
- Execution and control of opening and closing processes
- Management of cash register collections (cash/card) attending to the various payment methods
- Arrangement, replenishment, and labeling of products in compliance with the standards established by the Company
- Maintenance and cleaning of the workplace (shop and forecourt)
- Rigorous and efficient management and execution of safety measures and procedures related to the work performed, showing high responsibility and discipline in said area.

- Salary according to Collective Agreement
