Internship Grant for Degree in Computer Engineering, Intelligent Interactive Systems and/or Mathematics

At Inmark, we are looking for people who want to make their first foray into the working world, applying their knowledge to real projects within the Company.

We want you to develop all your skills with us, betting on talent with no prior work experience.

• Collaborate, with the guidance and support of the tutor and the team, on the development of a business tool called Voicebots for the Contact Center, which involves the following activities:

• Development of a business tool called Voicebots for the Contact Center business line.

• Research and evaluation of voice synthesis technology platforms (ElevenLabs, play AI, Retell AI, Synthflow) for conversational voicebot applications.
  Development of conversational agent prototypes with generative AI for customer service (intelligent IVR, NLP, appointment and booking management).

• Implementation of voice systems with advanced features.

• Collaboration on process automation projects and support in analysis tasks, functional testing, and validation of technological solutions.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Be in your 4th year of a degree in Computer Engineering and/or Mathematics and/or Intelligent Interactive Systems.

• Technological curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.

• Proactive, resourceful profile with initiative.

• Practical mindset: a desire to build, test, and improve real solutions.

- Part-time schedule of 5 hours per day, with flexibility because we adapt to your timetable.

- Hybrid model with two days on-site. The rest of the time we will accommodate your needs as a student because we are aware of the importance of your studies.

- Possibility of permanent employment upon completion of the internship.

- Possibility of completing your Final Degree Project (TFG) or Final Master's Project (TFM) within the Inmark project.

En Inmark buscamos personas que quieran realizar su primera incursión en el mundo laboral, aplicando sus conocimientos en proyectos reales dentro de la Compañía.

Queremos que desarrolles todas tus capacidades con nosotros apostando por el talento sin experiencia previa laboral.

• Colaborar, con la guía y acompañamiento del tutor y el equipo en el desarrollo, de una herramienta de negocio llamada Voicebots para el Contact Centert que conlleva las siguientes actividades:

• Desarrollo de una herramienta de negocio llamada Voicebots para la línea de negocio del Contact Center.

• Investigación y evaluación de plataformas tecnológicas de síntesis de voz (ElevenLabs, play AI, Retell AI, Synthflow) para aplicaciones de voicebot conversacional.
  Desarrollo de prototipos de agentes conversacionales con IA generativa para atención al cliente (IVR inteligente, NLP, gestión de citas y reservas).

• Implementación de sistemas de voz con características avanzadas.

• Colaboración en proyectos de automatización de procesos de selección y apoyo en tareas de análisis, pruebas funcionales y validación de soluciones tecnológicas

QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI:

• Cursar 4º grado en Ingeniería informática y/o matemáticas y/o sistemas interactivos inteligentes.

• Curiosidad tecnológica y capacidad de aprendizaje rápido.

• Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y con iniciativa.

• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicar ideas de forma clara.

• Orientación práctica: ganas de construir, probar y mejorar soluciones reales.

• Interés por combinar tecnología e impacto en negocio.

- Modelo híbrido con dos días de presencialidad. El resto nos acomodaremos a tus necesidades como alumno porque somos conscientes de la importancia de tus estudios.

- Posibilidad de incorporación al finalizar las prácticas.

- Posibilidad de realizar el TFG/TFM dentro del proyecto de Inmark.
