At PASTAS GALLO we are looking for a Quality Technician to join our production center located in Esparreguera.

You will have the opportunity to join the plant's quality team and work alongside the quality department manager in:

• Laboratory analysis of:

  • Water (weekly)

  • Pasta (daily). Of intermediate product and final product.

  • Raw materials (2-3 times per week)

• Preparation of tastings.

• Sample library control.

• Review of plant records

• Drafting of laboratory protocols and instructions.

• Verification of laboratory and plant equipment.

• Entry of analytical data into SAP.

• Controlling laboratory material stock.

• Drafting of internal audits.
