Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Higher Level Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) or Technical Engineering in industrial branches.
Experience in industrial and production environments.
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the industrial sector located in Épila (Zaragoza), which is looking to hire a Quality Technician to reinforce the plant's quality area and contribute to the assurance of manufacturing standards within an innovative and rapidly growing industrial environment.

What you'll do

Guarantee compliance with quality standards in all phases of the production process, ensuring the correct inspection of materials and products, the management of incidents, and the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Perform quality inspections and controls of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
Verify the correct completion of production records and documentation.
Manage and record non-conformities detected in production, engineering, suppliers, or customers, following them up until closure.
Maintain quality records and reports, documenting incidents, tests performed, and corrective actions.
Collaborate in the preparation, review, and improvement of procedures and quality protocols.
Analyze deviations and incidents, identifying root causes and proposing improvement actions.
Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to guarantee quality in all phases of the process.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

How you'll work

Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: from 08:00 to 17:00 h
- Friday: from 08:00 to 15:00 h
