The role
We are looking for a newly qualified architect for our Barcelona offices.
What you'll do
- Preparation of architectural distribution proposals and improvement of received projects, together with the technical team of the Promoter/Developer.
- Analysis of new projects in compliance with local regulations.
- Support in the monitoring and preparation of proposals for the processes in basic and executive projects.
- Coordinate with the technical team of the Hotusa Group, for schematic design, design development and project quality phases.
- Preparation of final reports for presentation to the Group's General Management.
