What we're looking for

Student of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Organizational Engineering, Business Management or related degrees.
Possibility of formalizing an internship agreement with a university or training center.
Upper-intermediate to advanced level of Excel.
English level B2 or higher.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Organizational and document management skills.
Interest in hotel operations and process improvement.

Nice to have

Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools will be valued.

The role

Eurostars Hotel Company is the hotel chain of Grupo Hotusa, which includes the brands Eurostars Hotels, Áurea Hotels, Exe Hotels, Ikonik Hotels, Crisol Hotels and Tandem Suites.
Currently, our portfolio features more than 300 hotels with a presence in more than 24 countries worldwide. Our activity is backed by significant know-how that is reflected in all areas, from hotel management to brand values or the care taken in the guest experience.

We are looking for an Intern for our operations department in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Auditing and monitoring of Reception processes.
Analysis of incidents and control of operating standards.
Preparation of reports and monitoring of improvement actions.
Support in KPIs and process optimization projects.
