Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in technology consulting and/or companies in the hotel/tourism sector.
Demonstrable experience leading Business Intelligence and/or SAP systems projects.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in strategic IT consulting and the definition of technological roadmaps (valued).

Nice to have

Postgraduate training in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, or Business Intelligence is valued.

Education & certifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.

The role

What you'll do

Lead the full IT project lifecycle (definition, planning, execution, control, and closure), applying PMO methodologies.
Supervise the implementation and evolution of Business Intelligence and reporting solutions (SAP BI, MicroStrategy, or similar).
Act as the point of contact between business areas (Finance, Operations, Commercial) and IT for requirements definition.
Prepare and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans (Microsoft Project or other management tools).
Manage risks, incidents, and scope changes during project execution.
Coordinate systems integration (e.g., CRM, ERP, reporting platforms) and the associated data architecture.
Follow up with technology providers and external partners, ensuring compliance with SLAs and deliverables.
Report project status to Management, with clear indicators of progress and results.
